Selecting Export..., under the File menu, exports your list as a text file in one of the following formats:
Tab Separated -- defines each line of the address as a field, separated by tabs with a return at the end of each record. Each record has ten fields.
Return Separated -- defines each line of the address as a field, separated by returns with a return at the end of each record. Each record has ten fields.
Merge File Format -- defines each line of the address as a field, separated by quotes and/or commas with a return at the end of each record. Each record has ten fields.
MacEnvelope® Format -- defines each line of the address as a field, separated by returns with a double return at the end of each record. Each record accepts up to ten fields.
You can export selected addresses from your list by holding down the Shift key and selecting the desired names. This technique is referred to as Shift-Selecting addresses.
CoStar App exports a field by an entire line, such as the City, State and ZIP Code of an address, not by each article in the line.
